Our annual Super Bowl sub sale is here...We've sold.  Now it's time to build and deliver.  Reminder that we will be making and delivering our subs on Sunday, February 7, Super Bowl Sunday.  Student and parent volunteers are asked to meet in the School Cafeteria by 6:30am on Sunday morning.  Students will assemble the subs, then collect theirs for delivery.

Please remember to bring a hat to wear.  Gloves will be provided.  If you don't bring a hat, one of our very fine deli hats will be available for you to wear.  Also bring boxes to hold your subs for delivery.  Boxes make sorting and delivering much easier than bags.

We are in need of parent volunteers to help with the morning's activities.  These include assisting the students with making and wrapping subs, counting and sorting sandwiches into the sub orders, keeping the tables supplied and keeping the room safe for students and volunteers.  This event takes alot of eager hands.  Please contact John Coleman if you are able to join us.

Don't delay, celebrate St. Patricks day in style...Come join us for a fun filled evening at Mohegan Sun Casino on Friday, March 12.  For only $35.00 per person you receive a seat on our luxurious party buses with beautiful people as your hosts (Either the Pehmoeller's or the Robarge's)!  They will walk the aisle of your party bus at great personal peril serving refreshments, selling 50/50 raffle tickets, and otherwise doing their best to make sure that you have a good time.  Once you arrive at the Casino, you will receive a $10 gambling voucher and a voucher for a delicious meal at one of the casino's buffets.   The meal voucher can also be used toward a meal at one of their highly acclaimed restaurants.  Besides the numerous ways for you to get rich quickly (or not), there is wonderful shopping, free entertainment at the Wolf Den, paid entertainment at other venues, and large screen TV's at the sports bar!  At the end of this fun filled evening, you get to sit back and relax on the bus ride home.

Don't forget, the annual Marching Band Indoor Tag Sale Saturday March 6...Save a table and clean house at the same time.  This is a great way for students to earn funds towards future band trips, and for you to get rid of some of those items in your home that are no longer necessary.  Please follow the link on the right for more information, and a tag sale flyer.

Congratulations to the USSBA Class V Open Connecticut State Champions, & Second Place Class V Open All States Championships...

Congratulations to our students, directors & staff for a championship performance at the New England States Competition Tuesday evening, and for a tremendous second place at the All States Championship in Allentown PA.  Please see the competition highlights letter from our Band Backer president, John Miller.  See their award-winning performances at our videos site.
