President
Presides at all meetings of the Band Backers and Executive Board, and
a member of all committees with the exception of the elections
committee. The main responsibilities of the president are to increase
membership, promote the program within the community and act as a
liaison with school administration |

Publicity
Chairperson Responsible for
promoting the activities of the marching band and the Band Backers
organization through various forms of the media. Also responsible for
general communication to the marching band and Band Backers members. |

Treasurer
Prepares an annual budget, receives all monies, keeps an accurate
record of receipts and expenditures, and pays out funds as voted by the
Band Backers organization. The treasure also submits the financial
records of the organization for audit before the annual meeting. The
treasurer oversees the filing of yearly tax returns, as necessary and
prepares monthly financial reports for review and approval by the
executive board and the Band Backers general membership.
