Percussion/Color Guard Report:  9:00am (bring light lunch or snack)

Full Rehearsal:  12:00pm (all band members report)

Load Props Truck:  2:30pm (loading dock; this is a dry run only)

Load Instruments Truck:  4:30pm (on practice field)

Dinner:  5:00pm

bullet

Uniforms:  5:45pm

Load Bus:  6:00pm

Depart for Rockville:  6:15pm (chaperones too)

Performance:  9:05pm (approx)
